This article goes back to the really nasty flames thrown at me for comments 100 days ago, about um, uh, "certain people" who could not resist the urge to crowd together immediately upon reopening of the bars. The owners of the establishments are now the ones being punished because these same people couldn't follow rules. Special People****** causing businesses to shut down, again.
