NE Iowa
I think it’s called virtue signaling.

This whole deal has really revealed how successful our education system and society in general has done at totally removing the ability for people to think for themselves. Critical thinking is necessary to arrive at a successful answer to nearly anything, but it seems fewer and fewer people have that ability.

Was at a pre-funeral visitation recently. One of the funeral home employees (they hire local retired people to open doors, man the guest book, etc) was wearing a facemask that started just below his nose and covered his mouth & chin.

Was at a pizza buffet deal yesterday and one of the patrons was wearing a mask. Didn’t see him eating, but guess he was ok taking it off to eat, as it wasn’t covered in pizza sauce.

Have been in numerous businesses which apparently require their employees to wear masks. See many times when an employee is doing their job with their facemask around their neck.

Could go on & on.
