Nevada, Iowa | I agree with you often but this time with remark. We share the opinion that we could see a wild swing south without any extra rain. I know these hybrids are different since our last really dry summer here but genetics can not make up for several good natural rains. I also feel that the potential here is incredible if we do get those timely rains and a cool finish. 2012 was pretty dry here but it doesn't compare to several dry summers I recall as a much younger guy. This may be the one, we are long overdue and as I say that, it is not something I want but something we are bound to see again, sometime. | |
