Oh I get where you are coming from. Im on a much smaller scale but I start calves in 63 hutches, sell probably half as feeders. It is a much faster turn around on your money and alot cheaper to buy 40 calves than 40 heavy feeders. Im actually moving more towards keeping as many fats as I can and away from selling feeders. I have a niche market with freezer beef and have sold over 30 since March, so im going to try to expand further in that market but I'll still sell some feeders for cash flow. I remember a couple of your posts about starting into bottle calves and it looks like its going well for you. Looking forward to seeing some more pictures.

Edited to add- if you are on Facebook and haven't joined it already, I suggest you join the group Calf Kings. There's a lot of really smart folks in that group that have helped me out on more than one occasion. I'm sure they would love your set-up too
