Subject: Cover crop peas in 60” Corn

Northern Ohio
We planted rows of yellow peas in between 60” corn. They were slow to get started. I had given up on them, thought we should rip them out at the first two cultivations. By third cultivation it was apparent they were worth keeping. A few weeds, but those will be mowed off before going to seed.
