The key is making up new assets each year like grandmas secret sugar cookie recipe worth $235,000. Next year it’s your 3rd graders art piece valued at Sotheby’s auction at $57,000
The year after it’s the baseball signed by the Chicago Cubs World Series champs (yet to be verified) valued at $45,000
And if your creativity runs dry just pull a stamp or IFF and say your bins are full of soybeans instead of corn and don’t let anyone up top to check them
