With hay in short supply in my area thinking about baling my wheat straw and feeding it this winter . Question is whether to soak it down now with liquid feed now since it is hot and will soak in or do I need to wait until closer to when I'm going to need to start feeding it ? Never done anything like this before . Would like some help on this decision . Thanks
