SC MN | The best fungicide for white is Endura, I'm told. Also one of the most expensive. Should be applied at R1-R2 to be the most effective. And again a couple of weeks later to be most effective, Check the label for application through the irrigator. Wouldn't be surprised if it is not recommended. I also have the potential for heavy white mold infestation under the right conditions. Really frustrating to have a great looking field of beans going into August only to see it melt away in days to white mold. Our summer so far, has been warmer than normal which is not the best condition for white mold. Since now is the time for infection, I've decided to save the $30 - $40 per acre and keep my fingers crossed. | |
