I have no idea what a "Torque claim" is. Please explain.
I don't really know what a "Tort claim" is either, but I could take a guess. We have "Full Tort" or "Limited Tort" options on our vehicle insurance. If you are talking about "Tort claim", I would guess it is related to that.
Oh I know I'm going to get flamed for this but.
