Interstate 35 North ia | There is a General Mills food plant near me that several years ago when the oil fields in N Dakota were shipping all the oil on the rail , They couldn’t get the oats they needed and started sending trucks up there , I never went ( don’t have Canadian authority ) but it was sure tempting for what they were paying . They had a lot more in trucking then they did in the oats
