Subject: Fan mounting question

SC Wisconsin
A neighbor was demoing his old farm building site and had a couple of these 36" fans in one barn and told me to take them or they were going in the scrap. I want to put them in this building but not sure where to position them for best air flow. Im thinking just inside the front with them pointing slightly down and towards the back wall with one over each pen. I will need to be careful when bedding that I dont hit them with the skid loader when bedding in this spot. The other option is just inside the back wall and pointed towards the front. They will be more out of the way there, but I wonder if I won't be fighting the natural air movement as they will be pointed south in this position. Any thoughts?

Edited to add: I posted this on a dairy page on Facebook and the general consensus seems to be putting them on the back wall pointed to the front. They will be out of the way and they would draw air from the shaded side if the building so might be a couple degrees cooler. Someone also pointed out that by pointing them towards the back, the cattle will tend to group up back there and will make a mess of the bed pack. When pointed towards the front they will be towards the water as well. I guess if the winds are straight out of the south and fast enough to impede the fans then I dont really need the fans that day anyways.
