Atleast you didn't tell her "if you shave, I will shave". That'd be a bad bad situation to be in, but I know what position you'd be in.

I told my Beloved Spouse...………(B.S. for short) that I wasn't going to shave until we finished the wheat harvest. So, after 2 weeks + she informed me yesterday that I'd better be finishing up the harvest soon...OR ELSE.
Something told me I didn't want to learn what the "OR ELSE" might be.
Thanks to Covid, I couldn't get a haircut for a couple of months. When I DID get a haircut, they were zipping folks through at an amazing pace. Wasn't much of a haircut, and now I need another one. SO, with a scraggly beard and an overdue haircut need …..guess its about time to get this wheat finished off. Maybe 2-3 more days. Hope she can hold out. lol showboat
