Same over here except for an open winter after 14" of rain in September. We've had about an inch and a quarter since April with the majority coming around the 20th of May. I dont think were at 5" yet but 4" for sure. Without last fall's rain there wouldn't be any hay or grass at all at this time. The fun part about getting rains like this is when the wheat kicks in to survival mode and is all headed out at 12-16" tall. At least the cows should get some green grass to eat now.
