Oregon | Thanks. Im trying to piece together what the next year or two may look like for cow/calf. A lot of people I’m around are eternally bullish, I’m a bit skeptical but they are at a higher level in the game and have the equity to back it up. I’m not really in a position to let a lot of money ride... ignoring the two in the bush and keeping the one in the hand kinda thing. Sold some ranch raised 8 wt heifers off grass yesterday, might piece some more together in the next few days to get out of some debt and get ready for when opportunity knocks. Only keeping anything due to calve this fall. I guess I’m going long....we’ll see. | |
