Southeast Colorado | Actually with the safety stop down on these machines the header will still drop down 4 or 5" before hitting it. So you'd still be able to make your header go up and down a little. Seems like we're constantly putting it down to work on something and then forgetting to lift it when we get ready to harvest. You get yourself all would up ready to go and then have to run down the ladder and lift it back up. If I had a dollar for every time that happened I could retire! | |
