Looks like you are growing pest magnets. I am seeing leaf miner damage for sure. Might also be some plant bug damage & maybe a little disease starting. Tank mix Azaguard, Pyganic & OxiDate. Order from 7 Springs, Johnny's or Arbico. Should solve it.
