Not only that, all this mandated water saving junk. Faucets, shower heads, washing machines, and so on. Im about ready to weld together my own shower head so I can get flow. Bad part is now even the valves restrict. I never understood why a sink or tub faucet has to restrict flow. You are going to fill the basin with the same amount of gallons regardless of how slow it comes out.
