Subject: Hydraulic issues in a JD 4430

east central MN
So I started loosing power in my hydraulic remotes. It's good when I start the tractor but looses oomph shortly after. I have good power steering and the transmission is working well. If I shut the tractor off for a minute or two and turn it back on I have use of them again.
What is going on?

It has 200 hours on a new pump and new fluids, 20 hours on remote rebuilds and new hydraulic filter, fluid level is full. I have had issues with some of other brands before but if I clean the suction screen it usually fixed the issue. As far as I know the 4430 doesn't have one of those to clean. I pulled the filter, it's clean and the fluid looks clean too. I have also noticed a light tick (sounds like it's coming from the dash but probably not) that showed up when the problem started. Ideas? Is the pump going out? 3pt settles bad and I have heard that's really hard on pumps, wanted to have it fixed this winter but ran out of time.

Tia
