MAP and potash would be fine, they can take a lot of humidity without crusting and packing in hard.  I would NEVER put urea or AMS in one, it would never come out.  Maybe the hopper bins seal enough to stop moisture migration ,but I would be very afraid.

If you do go ahead with it make sure to fill it on a dry day, that will help everything later.
