Right on - - like the suggestion of the wrenches - - - can get some quite good ones for not that much money these days - - would suggest also adding a welder and a decent collection of welding rods and knowing how why and when to use them.

Sweat equity works until you're big enough to drop jobs - - - I'm not sure when that happens though.
