Subject: RE: Why feed this corn crop any more

West Central MN (between MMF and Larson's)
One of the sentinel fields I pay attention to was rolling today on a river bottom piece that usually one of the first to roll( gravel subsoil).
We usually have 5-7 days after that when the “normal “ soils start rolling up. Will likely be quicker with 90’s and wind the next few days.
Caught 1-2.5” about 10 days ago. The 1” is going to be gone soon. Going to be challenged to pour much more into the corn without a rain soon.
Got nothing from the 80% chance on Thursday. Not a lost cause yet though.
