That's not at all what that chart shows. 168 was almost trend. 88, 93, 2003, 2012 were deviations from trend, last year was not. It probably was, but since they stuck with that 168, it has to get tweaked later. 2010 would never had been as small if 2009 hadn't been overstated. Everybody seems to think a cool summer makes a big crop. Now we are having an above average temperature growing season, and we're going to be above trend? Ok...........
