North Central Illinois | Oh I get what you are saying. The market is absolutely complacent and why shouldn't they be? With a more than adequate carryover, at least an average looking crop right now, and sketchy demand why would they be anything but complacent right now? This crop is indeed a long way from being in the bin but in the eyes of traders it still has the potential to be a whopper. Until something really big comes along and changes their minds it is going to be kind of ho hum and lots of down days. There has been a lot of people on this board over the years that thought they could talk this market higher with lots of positive spin and warnings of crop failure. The market is gonna do what the market is gonna do and you and I aren't going to influence it one way or the other. Take care. | |
