That is a bargain. I have an 18K. Would go for a 30 at that price in a minute.
Last couple 30,000 gal NH3 tanks (meaning they need new valves and other up grades to use for LP) selling on Del Peterson sold in excess of $40,000
Then you pay 5% Commission, loading, hauling (they are about 7/8" thick weigh 35 ton +) crane to unload and saddles, and everything else--tanks were 1960 models with data tags
I've been looking BUT not that hard
I was told $100,000 foe a new one turn key
Just looked on DelPeterson past results the 2 --30,000 Nh3 tanks that sold last brought over $45,000 +5%
AND they were with in 100 miles of where I need one :-)
Dan
And FWIW I was thinking about doing something similar to what you are thinking Graintrader
BUT at those prices and guess a person would need a load out pump to pump back on a small delivery truck would have to make some pretty big $ some how
