Use yellow mustard as a sticker to adhere the rub to the meat. You wont taste the mustard after its cooked.
Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup paprika
2 tbsp coasrsely ground black pepper
2 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp kosher salt
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and use your hands or a fork to mix together.
