We hired the foreman from the now closed down company. He knows the bagging and showed me exactly what you mentioned about the cable. He is in charge of bagging and the machine.

We had some overheating problems on the bagger but got that worked out. Mainly we need to learn to match chopper in field with number of trucks, with road distance, with bagging capacity. Maybe we won't get it to match, he told me our walking floor trailers are much slower unloading than the trucks his previous employer used. But as the other poster mentioned about 15 people, seemed like those 15 people were just waiting all day. We need to learn more about logistics.

It's 96 and stifling humidity and a desert dust haze in the air. It just kind of is a drag, anything outdoors right now.

If you're using walking floor trailers - - - - they're NOT quick.
If use live bottom trailers - - - different story.
Your unload time is key to productivity.

With a dump trailer - - - - even a long one - - - you can set them up to dump in a very short period of time - - - need the right rigging but if you have it!
