Use the this link to https://apps.fas.usda.gov/EsrQuery/ESRHome.aspx to track and find historical numbers. Use monthly data put out by the Census to track soy crush and ethanol grind.. We have weekly ethanol report and monthly crush reports but the Census are the actual numbers along with actual exports.
Data is out there for free to all to see.
