Southern Alberta | Once there are a few more electric vehicles the electrical infrastructure will be too small in most neighborhoods and homes to handle the increased demand. The big future growth is in redoing the power infrastructure and wiring in every city and home. Here they can only handle like 3 electric cars in a small housing block. Off peak isn't going to help much.
A few years away yet, so not a place to park money, but pay attention. More electric car sales will require a huge capital works project. | |
