I think the industry will be very different.
The middle will get squeezed and you'll have huge feedlots and small niche guys. Not much in between.
Differentiate or get huge. Not much different than other industries really.
Thinking ALL farming is quickly moving to that model of mega big or niche with sidejob employment
Disagree 100% that meat industry is going away....that fake meat was tried in early '70's, failed....maybe 2-5% of population who are vegans will embrace it
