| Your statement about not taking any family living from the farm and relying on your wife, that to me is the problem with a lot of farmers.
Why would you work so many hours for nothing to live on? Why just plow it back into a business that is not even paying you to eat?
You are setting the bar so low that it will be difficult for the low prices to cure low prices. Because you will just keep growing more bushels and not even reward yourself and your family for doing so.
I hope at some point farmers realize they deserve to make a decent annual wage for what they are doing instead of working for nothing to build a business that someone else gets to take advantage of when they choose to liquidate it.
