Subject: Raven 440 system issues

Marshal County, Minnesota
I have a Raven 440 system set up on my sprayer and sprayed my first field today, while charging the booms the pressure all of a sudden dropped. I remember having this problem last year.
What happens, the pump while re-circulating the product has no problem building pressure and is able to build up to 60+ psi. Then when I turn the booms on, the pressure goes to near 0 and almost nothing comes out of the tips. I cycle the on/off switch a few times and after every time I turn it off, the pressure jumps back up to 60+ psi and when when it is turned on, the pressure gets a little higher to where it should until it gets to the desired pressure after cycling a few times and everything is fine from there on.
So what happened/is happening there, Is there a bad connection somewhere? Is the electric motor that controls the regulator valve starting to go?
Any input would be appreciated, Thanks in advance
