I have a Raven Viper Pro that will randomly not turn a section on or turn a section off. It's usually section 2 or 4 out of 5 on an RG1100. It shows in the indicator it's on, but it cuts the swath out. If I go back over it it will spray it. So it knows it hasn't sprayed it.
