Subject: RE: Apple

North Central Oregon
Apple held their WWDC (World Wide Developers Conference) broadcast yesterday. WWDC continues this week with seminars for developers for the Myriad of Apple OS devices. They announced new OSs for all of their devices as well as announcing they were going to be dropping Intel processors and going to their in house developed processors that they have been developing and using in the iPhones, iPads and AppleTVs. Integrating the processors across their entire line will allow you to natively run all the iPad and iPhone apps that you enjoy on Apple laptop and desktop computers as well. It will allow developers a wider audience for their apps and allow users seamless transfer of data between all of their devices. They are coaxing a lot of processing power at low power consumption out of their chips that will greatly increase operating times for their laptops. Also announced at partnership with Google, Amazon and other companies to develop and implement a standard protocol for connected devices such as home lighting, Door locks, Security Cameras, Home control devices, etc.
The WWDC broadcast is available to watch on the Apple website. I found it very interesting.
