We had that the other day and after measuring we actually found that the bar was not spaced correctly. Also, keep in mind that sometimes a 30' tool bar doesn't actually have a 30' swath. You may have to play around with your implement width. That may help. Also, if you are loosing settings, like stated before, make sure you are up on the newest software.
