First, if the newest software isn’t on the system, do the update - good chance it will correct the problem. AutoTrac should be 5.04A, ATU 1.02T, Display 1.91D, iTC 2.52A. I’m assuming you are running original style components with a iTC rcvr - if not you can find the current software info at www.stellarsupport.com

If you have the newest software, watch your inaccurate passes for any kind of consistency. If it is always off to the one side for more or less the same amount then you need to check the TCM cal. If you don’t have a consistent error then look for another problem, eg signal accuracy etc.

I’ve recently come across a number of cases where the tractor working in one direction was bang on, then on the return pass it was off a random amount. After a lot of playing around swapping parts etc, a forced AutoTrac software re program solved the problem.
