| Don't understand your thinking. I'm not a buyer at today's values as I see a drastic drop in farm income on the horizon. When/ if land resets to reflect current economics then I will be a buyer. I'm not a seller as I'd rather hold a declining in value tangible asset than I would try and find a safe place to park cash.
You were trying to play "gotcha" twice with me and you failed miserably.
Not a Debbie downer or a screaming Karen, just looking at today's reality and preparing for potential outcomes.
