MN | Freezers. My first "wagyu" fats won't be until March 21, not like I could get appts any earlier anyways I guess!
I have sold a some of the steers as feeders to hobby guys off craigslist as well, think that's a pretty decent market actually, as I have guys that want to buy calves but no calves to sell right now.
This whole deal is a "passion project" of mine and my old man, want to "breed up" to register as full blood Akaushi.
