Sorry, but "qualified" means the person has at least a little knowledge of what the job entails especially for a job so complex as President of the US. He clearly wasn't qualified and it shows. Its pretty bad when the WH staff spends most of their time saying "that's not what the President meant"... At this point, I don't see how that can be blamed on anyone else except Trump.
