China banned travel from Wuhan to other parts of their country but let them travel over the rest of the world. That had nothing to do with our intelligence.
If they did that, and our intel wasnt on it ASAP. That’s on us.
Why would anyone expect china to spill the beans on corona.. They haven't been first in line to help us any other time.. I also believe we have very poor intelligence. Should have spotted this almost as soon as it happened. Now they are going back to photos showing number of cars at hospitals way back in Sept of 19 .. Where were these guys when it was important. Total break down of intel.. Then when they had the intel The only ones to use it were those on committees that sold their stocks the next day..
