NW Iowa | Have some pasture that has a couple river crossings and every year it seems like we fight keeping them in due to flooding/higher water. Grandma is always scared that cattle are going to walk under the wire if I hang it to high but getting real sickening putting crossings in 24/7. Anyone ever had issues with cattle walking under the wire while in the river?? Haven't had it happen yet but that's not saying much, haven't had a ton of experience yet with it. Every time I've been putting them in I just keep stringing them higher and higher to avoid being washed out as much. | |
