Sexed semen is just bad, no late to the party. You can't use it without creating too many milk cows, and that makes milk and cows too cheap. I've never used it, never will.
You milk 3x, try to put up good forages, have a perfectly balance ration, sand bedded stalls, fans, cooling misers, plenty of water. Many other things all equal more milk.
