Lot of variables into how capital should be allocated in ones operation. Liquidity should be a key element to how you allocate. If you have a leveraged LT asset and it is producing and has the forward looking ability to maintain a positive net ROI I would not look to lower the principal unless it’s L:V is out of whack. There are ALOT of places an operation can allocate capital to that will help improve their working capital and liquidity that will produce all of annual 5-8% ROI.
