I have always loooooved liver and onions. I have even mastered (IMO) preparing liver and onions on a wood pellet grill.
Even my wife (who is not a fan of liver and onions) had to agree my pellet grilled liver and onions were good after telling me I was crazy to even attempt pellet grilling liver and onions...that was hard for her. ;-)
Our autistic son even gobbles up my new found liver and onion creation whenever served, and usually takes a second helping...after picking out the onions of course. |
