Raw meat from a good source is probably not that dangerous. But hamburger...... that can have hidden stuff inside. Maybe grind some fresh that you know the source????? Definitely not medical advice, LOL. Just musings. Liver? Just had some of that last night with caramelized onions and it was goooood. Rounded it out with a good vegetable (bacon). Bacon is a vegetable isn't it? And to think I hated liver when I was a kid. Couldn't even stand the smell in the kitchen. John
