Diagnosis of gout, mostly in my wrist a week ago, want to stay away from drugs, been doing tart cherry juice. Pretty hard to go from Keato diet to a gout diet, they are exact opposites. Flare up as I weaned off of BP meds, which are anti inflamitory.
