Do a feed test on it and build a ration around it. You don't have much more than processed straw there, been there done that. Also get it covered. It will spoil 10" deep if you don't in this country. I have completely given up on spring cereal forage crops in this area, window is never available to harvest when the crop is ready, and there is always planting going on taking time away from forage production. Corn is way cheap, makes way more tons per acre, and comes at a time frame when labor is more readily available to harvest. You can also get an oat crop going behind corn silage for late forage production or grazing.
