Not sure where your pulling your numbers from, but the US has never exported that much to China. The highest the US has ever sold to China was 36MMT. A lot of that was due to drought/production decline in Brazil the previous year. No way will the US reach 40MMT without SA production problems.
Is China looking to buy?
