Butterfield, MN | That's an interesting idea! Your assumption about the wiring for the section valves on those is actually wrong. You get constant power, constant ground, signal (12 volts to open the valve, 0 to close) and a feedback pin which sends 12 volts from the valve back up, so it only maps on the Viper Pro when the valve is actually open, not just when AccuBoom tells it to open. I think AGCO was the only company that was set up that way. You really should be able to connect between the signal wire and ground wire. The newer systems will support 1 amp per section, so I'd bet that these older systems are the same way. If your lights stay under that current draw, you'll probably be ok. | |
