| problem 1 - manual rate response
go to settings > field iq > setup > material and edit the manual rate. It could be as low as 10% by default try 100%. I did a miller the other week and I set it to 200%
Correctly setting up jump start will help get up to regulation faster.
Problem 2 intersectional rate response.
Tune up the PGain and other regulation perameters. systems sounds like it has a default or lazy tune up to me.
Problem 3 min flow is generally the minimum flow that the flow meter will read. When below this value min flow alarm is triggered. manufacture of the flow meter should be able to provide this. (generally somewhere between 5 and 20 l/min depending on the size. In this system use minimum overide speed. This will hold the regulator from winding back too low. Use nozzle chart and flow rate to determin a ground speed which maintains around 1 bar. so as you slow right down to go through or around a hazard you will maintain a full fan and slightly over apply.
Problem 4 does agitation affect it
No - agitation is always done before the flow meter. Agitation will reduce the amount of maximum volume available.
