| Was not aware of anyone with autism while I was growing up. Doesn't mean it wasn't there....just that I didn't know about it. Also while I was in school, we did not have special ed classes. All of my class graduated from high school....some smarter/did better in school than others, but none where shuttled off to special classes. So what does that say about schools back then and schools now. Nothing! People who are trying to "prove" something will likely find a source to back them up.....notice I did not say "proof". | |
